KYC might be thought of by some as paperwork that just has to be done by law. But at STM Fidecs we see KYC as fundamental to doing business. After all, if we don’t know our clients, how can we possibly serve them to the best of our ability?

So if you’re thinking about working with STM Fidecs, don’t be put out by us asking you questions. We want to be able to provide you with tailored solutions and the highest quality service.

You should rest assured that in taking an entirely risk-based approach to this perspective of our relationship, we won’t be adopting a mindless, “tick-box” approach to our KYC needs and obligations. We will, of course, require the basic confirmations of identity and address, but beyond that it will depend entirely on such factors as who you are, the interaction between us, the services you require, the level, type and location of business undertaken, and so on.
